MEMORANDUM OPINION (February 28, 2025) A jury convicted Defendant Jeffrey Young-Bey on twelve counts related to a mortgage- fraud scheme he perpetrated in the District of Columbia. Verdict Form, ECF No. 206. Now before the Court are Young-Bey’s motions for a judgment of acquittal and for a new trial.
