Tbe Collins Manufacturing Company (a Massachusetts coiporation) filed in tbe superior court for tbe county of Hampden, in tbe commonwealth of Massachusetts, on July 10, 1925, a bill of complaint against the Wickwire Spencer Steel Company (a Delaware corporation), in which bill of complaint the plaintiff alleges interference by the defendant with certain riparian rights of the plaintiff.
