In this action for damages for personal injury against defendant Alice Love and defendant Valley Farm Dairy Company (sometimes hereinafter referred to as Dairy Company), plaintiff’s case was submitted to the jury as against both defendants. The jury found for plaintiff and against defendant Dairy Company and assessed plaintiff’s damages at $10,000; but the jury found against plaintiff and for the defendant Alice Love.
