FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
MARY D. SCOTT, Bankruptcy Judge.
THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon the trial of the complaint in an adver sary proceeding to recover funds paid to the debtor’s criminal defense attorneys. The debtor in this case, Murray Aim-strong, is an attorney who organized Ponzi schemes 1 and embezzled massive amounts of funds from his clients to support his snowballing schemes and gambling debts.
