RANSOM, Justice.
1. Ramona Lopez brought a premises-liability suit against the Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court and the State after she tripped, fell, and was injured in a courtroom at Metro Court. The district court entered summary judgment dismissing the suit because Lopez had not provided the Risk Management Division with written notice of her claim within ninety days of her accident as required by NMSA 1978, Section 41-4 — 16(A) (Repl.Pamp.1996), and because there was no genuine issue of fact that either Metro Court (the governmental entity claimed to be at fault) or Risk…
