BARNEY, Judge.

This action was brought by Plaintiffs Gary Klinckman and Beverly Klinckman (Buyers) against Defendants Jim Pharris, Sr., and Neva Pharris (Sellers) for breach of an asset purchase agreement. Following a court-tried ease, judgment was entered in favor of Sellers. Buyers appeal.

We review the facts in the light most favorable to the trial court’s judgment. Gibson v.
