This is a civil rights action, in which plaintiff David Roberson (“Roberson”) appeals an order dismissing his complaint as untimely. Because the district court properly applied the applicable statute of limitations, we AFFIRM its decision.
I. Background
Roberson enrolled in the James H. Quil-len College of Medicine at East Tennessee State University (“ETSU”), and matriculated on August 1,1999. He was expected to graduate in May of 2003.
