Plaintiff Andrea Mendez commenced this action seeking to recover money damages for personal injuries sustained during an automobile accident. The accident happened when a vehicle operated by defendant I. Sanchez-Gonzalez and owned by defendant Queens Plumbing Supply, Inc.
