This appeal involves the question of whether defendant-appellant, Globe Publications, Incorporated, also known as Globe Rentals and Globe Home Rentals (“Globe”), is conducting business as a “real estate broker,” as defined in R.C. 4735.01(A) (7), (9), or (10), 1 and if so, whether R.C. 4735.01(A)(10) is unconstitutional. We conclude that Globe is acting as a real estate broker and, as such, cannot conduct business without first being licensed pursuant to R.C. Chapter 4735.
