Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Leahy, J.), rendered December 9, 1983, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, criminal use of a firearm in the first degree, robbery in the second degree (two counts), criminal use of a firearm in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree and criminal possession of stolen *574property in the third degree, after a nonjury trial, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial (Harrington, J.) of the defendant’s motion for a second competency hearing.
