William E. Ernst (“Appellant”) appeals his conviction for one count of the class C felony of statutory rape in the second de gree, a violation of section 566.034. 1 Following a bench trial, the trial court sentenced Appellant to seven years in prison. He now brings one point on appeal, alleging the trial court erred in allowing testimony related to his “habit of taking young girls into his bed.” We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
