On original submission a panel opinion reversed the judgments of conviction and ordered the indictments dismissed because the trial court had overruled an exception to the form of each indictment — styled a motion to quash.1 The panel correctly referred to Craven v. State, 613 S.W.2d 488 (Tex.Cr.App.1981), in finding that the claimed error had been preserved for appellate review,2 but it did not address the legislative admonition of Article 21.19, V.A.
