I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Serpa Corporation (“Serpa”) brings this action against defendant corporations McWane (“McWane”), Anaco (“Anaco”) and Tyler (“Tyler”) alleging antitrust violations and injury stemming from the consolidation of several piping companies.
