| ]Appellant, Jimmy Paul Pickle, entei’ed a conditional guilty plea and appealed from the circuit court’s denial of his motion to suppress, arguing that two Arkansas Game and Fish Commission officers violated his right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures as provided under the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States and article 2, section 15, of the Arkansas Constitution.
