This is a suit to enjoin the prosecution of a suit for damages under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act (45 U.S.C.A. §§ 51-59] in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. The plaintiff is a railroad corporation organized under the laws of the state of Virginia; the defendant is administratrix of the estate of Harry F. Chilcott, who is alleged in the Indiana suit to have received injuries resulting in his death while employed by plaintiff in interstate commerce.
