This matter was heard on 7 September 1983 and presents the question of whether a creditor with actual knowledge of the Chapter 11 filing but no notice of the proof of claim bar date may nonetheless have her proof of claim accepted as timely filed though it was received by the Court some three weeks after the bar date.
