Per Curiam,

On November 6, 1961, the Bureau of Employment Security issued a decision disqualifying claimant from receiving benefits on the ground that he voluntarily terminated his employment without a compelling rea*607son. A copy of this decision was mailed to claimant at his last known post office address on the same day and was not returned as “undeliverable.” The notice accompanying the decision stated that November 16, 1961, was the last day on which to file an appeal from this determination.
