Defendants appeal from an order denying their motion for a new trial.

The action is one to recover rent, under a written lease for a storeroom in Duluth, for the months of December, 1932, and January, February, March, and April, 1938, at the rate of $250 per month. After the close of the evidence the court directed a verdict in favor of the plaintiff for the amount claimed.
