OPINION ON APPELLANT’S PETITION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW

MILLER, Judge.

Appellant was charged by an indictment with committing the offense of attempted murder. The jury found appellant guilty; punishment, enhanced by two prior felony convictions, was assessed at life imprisonment. The Dallas Court of Appeals affirmed the conviction. Prince v. State, 638 S.W.2d 550 (Tex.App.—Dallas 1982).
