Appellee brought this suit against appellant upon a fire insurance policy covering certain household furniture, wearing apparel, etc. The defendant answered by general demurrer, special exceptions, general denial, and a special plea alleging that the plaintiff caused or was responsible for the fire which destroyed the property, and also pleaded certain warranty stipulations in the policy, one relating to flues and the other relating to liens and alleged a breach of both stipulations.
