Graciela Messina (decedent) while employed as a medical secretary by the County of Los Angeles (County) from July 1, 1969, to and including September 3, 1976, sustained an injury arising out of and occurring in the course of her employment to her internal organs, in the form of hepatitis, which injury resulted in her death on March 26, 1977.
