Appellant was convicted under Art. 535d, V.A.C.P., for fondling a child’s sexual parts, and his punishment was assessed at fifteen years in the penitentiary.

Patricia Durham testified that she was five years of age and lived next door to appellant; that while she was playing in appellant’s backyard he took her into his house and used his finger to play with her between her legs. She further testified that appellant got some oil out of the bathroom, placed it on his person, and then did to himself “just like he did to me.” She also said that she went with her parents to the…
