LOGAN, Circuit Judge.

ABB Vecto-Gray, Inc. (ABB) appeals from a district court order affirming a judgment of the bankruptcy court which held that certain prepetition payments made to ABB were voidable preferences under 11 U.S.C. § 547(b). The Trustee recovered the payments pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 550(a). On appeal from the district court’s order, we review the bankruptcy court’s factual findings for clear error and its legal determinations de novo, see Clark v. Valley Federal Sav. & Loan Ass’n (In re Reliance Equities, Inc.), 966 F.2d 1338, 1340 (10th Cir.1992), and reverse for the reasons…
