Appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed October 25, 1995, which ruled that claimant sustained a compensable injury and awarded workers’ compensation benefits.

*755Claimant received workers’ compensation benefits for injuries he sustained to his left hand when he was electrocuted at work in June 1981. In May 1989, the Workers’ Compensation Board reopened the case to consider the nature and extent of claimant’s brain trauma resulting from the electrocution.
