PER CURIAM: *

Buck Kreihs Company Inc. (“Buck Kreihs”) appeals the district court’s sum mary judgment in favor of Chicago Insurance Company (“Chicago”) and Interstate Fire and Casualty Company (“Interstate”) (together “Insurers”) in a declaratory judgment action to determine insurance coverage of asbestos-related claims by former Buck Kreihs employees. We AFFIRM.
