Memorandum and Order:

SINGLETON, District Judge.

This action is an application for a writ of habeas corpus in which the petitioner, a state prisoner in respondent’s custody, contends that certain evidence admitted to his detriment in his state court trial was a product of coercive influences and an illegal arrest. That conviction, which petitioner now seeks to have vacated, was upon an indictment for felony theft.
