Petitioner, a psychologist, seeks judicial review of a final order of the Board of Psychologist Examiners in which the board concluded that petitioner had violated professional standards in his treatment of one of his clients and imposed sanctions. We first reject without discussion petitioner’s challenge to the denial of his motion to dismiss based on investigatory misconduct.
