Petitioner, T.L.M., appeals that portion of the district court's order that partially denied her petition pursuant to § 24-72-3808, C.R.S. 2001, to seal her arrest records and eriminal justice information (the records). While it granted petitioner's request to seal the ree-ords kept by all other custodians, the court denied her request to seal the copies of such records contained in the files kept by the Boulder County Department of Social Services (BCDSS).
