Introduction

In this consolidated appeal, Karen Lind-quist, Individually (Mrs. Lindquist) and as Personal Representative of the Estate of Michael Lindquist (the Estate) (collectively Appellant) appeals from the trial court’s July 24, 2009 amended judgment and its November 23, 2009 amended judgment.
