On June 8, 1978, the Commission on Practice (established by this Court in 1965 to aid the Court in its duty to discipline attorneys) filed a complaint against Robert L. Johnson, of Lewistown, Montana. Johnson has been admitted to practice in Montana since 1957.

The complaint is framed in two counts. The first count relates to Edward V. Brabender and his wife Frances Brabender, who allege that they hired Johnson (hereafter “attorney”) to represent them in connection with difficulty they were having with their mobile home which they had recently purchased.
