This is an appeal from an order of the Board of Review, Bureau of Unemployment Compensation, made on April 25, 1963, affirming the decision of the Referee, which denied the right of claimant to participate in unemployment benefits.
Appellant claims that the decision denying him the right to participate in unemployment benefits was unlawful, unreasonable and against the manifest weight of the evidence.
