THIS MATTER comes before the Court upon the First Quarterly Application of La-tham and Watkins (“L & W”) for Interim Allowance of Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses as Counsel to Smith Barney, Harris Upham & Co., Financial Advisor for Gillett Holdings, filed October 31, 1991 (the “Application”) and Objections thereto filed by the Official Creditors' Committee on November 26, 1991 and the United States Trustee on November 27, 1991.
