This action is before the Court on a motion by defendant American Sound Products, Inc., to set aside service of process and dismiss the complaint against it for lack of jurisdiction over its “person.”
The Dahlberg Company, a Minnesota corporation, with its principal offices and place of business in Golden Valley, Minnesota, commenced this action by having the complaint and summons served upon the Secretary of the State of Minnesota.
