This proceeding is before the court on a petition filed by the Acting Regional Director of the Second Region of the National Labor Relations Board (“the Board”), pursuant to Section 10(1) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, 29 U.S.C.A. § 160(1), for a temporary injunction pending the final disposition of charges filed with the Board against respondent by Uni-Coat Spray Painting, Inc.
