In this petition for review, Elvis Sinojmeri challenges the opinion of the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”). The BIA affirmed the decision of an immigration judge (“IJ”) ordering his removal to Albania. It also affirmed the denial of Mr. Sinojmeri’s applications for asylum and withholding of removal, as well as his request for protection under the Convention Against Torture (“CAT”). We dismiss that portion of Mr. Sinojmeri’s application for asylum because he failed to file his application for asylum within one year…
