Baymond M. Pratt, II (Appellant), appeals from an order of the Honorable Joseph E. Erb of the Court of Common Pleas of York County, affirming the suspension of Appellant’s driver’s license, pursuant to Section 1547(b) of the Vehicle Code, 75 Pa. C. S. §1547(b), for his refusal to submit to a breathalyzer test. We affirm.
