Harvey, J.:

This is a suit to set aside a will and certain deeds because of the unsoundness of mind of the testator and grantor and of the undue influence of the principal beneficiary under the will and grantee in the deeds, and for the partition of the real property. The trial court sustained a demurrer to plaintiffs’ evidence, and- they have appealed.
