CRIST, Judge.

Movant appeals the denial of his Rule 27.26 motion without an evidentiary hearing. We affirm.

*108Movant was convicted of assault m the first degree for firing several gunshots from his automobile into a passing vehicle on the roadway. He was sentenced to twenty years’ imprisonment. His conviction was upheld on appeal in State v. Barteau, 687 S.W.2d 573 (Mo.App.1985).
