Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Albany County (Herrick, J.), rendered May 8, 2002, upon a verdict convicting defendant of two counts of the crime of robbery in the second degree.

After a jury trial, defendant was convicted of two counts of robbery in the second degree and sentenced to concurrent prison terms of IOV2 years on each count. On this appeal, defendant’s counsel and/or defendant pro se, make six arguments.
