Randy S. Fuller appeals his convictions, following a jury trial, of driving under the influence of alcohol and marijuana to the extent that he was a less safe driver, possession of marijuana of less than one ounce, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Fuller contends that the trial court erred in (1) overruling his motion to suppress because the officer did not have probable cause for the traffic stop, (2) denying his motion for a directed verdict on the marijuana possession charge, and he also argues that (3) there was insufficient evidence to support the…
