This was an error proceeding wherein one Ida Cooper sought to recover against the National Life & Accident Insurance Company on two policies of insurance issued to her on the life of one Roosevelt Shelby, and subsequently, upon her decease, the action was revived in the name of J. Walter Wills, Sr., administrator of the estate of Ida Cooper. The court below pronounced judgment on the verdict of the jury, after the submission of the case, under proper instructions of the court, and it is sought to reverse the finding on the ground that there is no liability because the insured was not in sound…
