If a case is remanded to the Board under the second section of §427 ( 77 P.S. §879), there is no dispute that a new appeal from the Board’s action is required to authorize review. In such an instance, exceptions must be filed within 30 days after notice of the new appeal. Groner v. Board of Public Education of City of Pittsburgh, 152 Pa. Superior Ct. 381, 33 A. 2d 271 (1943). On the other hand, where a court remits a record to the Board for more specific findings of fact under the first section of §427 (77 P.S. §877), a new appeal is not required. Therefore,…
