This matter comes before the surrogate on the settlement of the final decree. The only question remaining concerns the disposition of the one-fourth of Ann Shannon’s estate which prima facie belongs to Bridget Shannon, one of the sisters of the deceased. The surrogate is now asked not only to presume the death of Bridget Shannon from certain facts appearing only in affidavits made on the part of claimants to her interests, but that she died before her sister Ann.
