HOWARD, Judge.

Natural father, P.C. (hereinafter “appellant”), appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Callaway County terminating his parental rights to A.M.C., a minor child. We affirm the circuit court’s judgment and remand the case to the trial court for consideration of appellant’s court-appoint*157ed counsel’s motion for attorney’s fees on appeal.
