Opinion by (Concurring in Part and Dissenting in Part) :

I concur with the majority’s holding that this first class township has statutory authority to pass resolutions regulating the conditions of employment of police officers in a reasonable, legal and constitutional manner. I likewise concur with the majority’s reasoning that because of the nature of a policeman’s duties, such regulations properly may be more confining than upon other municipal employees.
