On June 5, 2012, defendant George W. Huguely, V, by counsel, filed a Supplemental Motion to Set Aside the Verdict and For a New Trial. See Def.’s Supp. Mot. For New Trial. Mr. Huguely claims the Commonwealth failed to disclose favorable and material evidence in violation of Brady v. Maryland, 373 U.S. 83 (1963).
