Convicted of distributing heroin in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), Appellant alleges that the district court erred in permitting him to be joined in the indictment and tried with other defendants, and that the evidence was insufficient to support the verdict. We affirm.
The two-count indictment charged one Felix Garcia and one Anna Rodriguez with distributing heroin at Salem, Massachusetts, on March 9,. 1972 (Count One) and on March 14, 1972 (Count Two). Persons named Carrion and Olmo were joined with Garcia and Rodriguez as co-defendants in Count One.…
