People v. Schrader

This is an appeal from a judgment of the City Court of Long Beach convicting the defendant of violation of an ordinance of that city prohibiting operation of a motor vehicle at a rate of speed in excess of twenty miles per hour. Many grounds for reversal are asserted which have been comprehensively briefed by the defendant’s attorney, the city attorney and the district attorney.
