1Opinion of the CourtLumpkin, J.
P. C. Futch. and Wallace Futch were jointly indicted for the murder of John B. Deal. They were convicted, and recommended to be imprisoned for life. After the refusal of a new trial, they excepted.
The headnotes state the rulings, and most of them require no elaboration. Penal Code (1910), § 65, contains a statement as to the law of voluntary manslaughter, which has been the codified law since the original Code of 1863, and has been adopted and readopted by the legislature.
