This case is before the Court on appeal from a decision of the City of Warwick Zoning Board of Review (Zoning Board) pursuant to § 45-24-69 of the Rhode Island General Laws 1956 as amended. The plaintiffs, Robert and Mary Fallon, along with Karen and Richard Van Tienhoven, here seek reversal of the Board's decision made on September 20, 1994, and filed on January 11, 1995.
